Has anyone else come across this? The phone number included appears to be the Ford customer service line but I'm inherently a skeptic.

Same all around here. I am a fairly minimalist camper and all I need is to boil water. I've a portable system for solar & battery so I don't even really need the shore-tie other than as a nicety for when I can hook it up. I have the ryobi cooler and also use existing facilities or dig a hole...
