I found mine by expanding the search mileage on the Ford site and there it was at a small town dealer that had just gotten it in.

I did the same. Ford inventory search is a good place to look, you can see just arrived or dealer ordered. you can take the vin off those and tack them to see if they have made it to the lot yet or on the way still. But since they only give you 100 mile radius, i had to put a few diff zip codes to go beyond 100 miles east and west of me. the one i found was 140 miles away.

Got my Ecoboost XLT FX-4 with virtually all options I wanted on the lot at a small rural dealership. Got it for MSRP as well. But this was up in NB Canada.
Looking at this site and reading others, it seems smaller dealerships are getting inventory Mavericks before the large dealerships are. The one we put a deposit on is in a smaller town with a dealership around half the size of our local one. Maybe I just read too much into it. Glad you got yours. Pretty sure yours passed within 500 miles of us!

There web site lists the MSRP @ 46K with a 8K discount to 38K (-BS-) and they will not show sticker. I wouldn’t trust them. No way to configure a 48K FE.
Yes I am aware. I've talked to them. They started with a $10k markup, now it's down to $2k. MSRP is $36k and change.

Have they shared the window sticker - if not you are guessing at MSRP. I have a lariat, lux, hybrid,360 and my sticker is 31k .

I've physically seen the truck. It's a First Edition Ecoboost AWD. $36k MSRP.

Talked to a guy today here in pa that had a Maverick XLT with Fx4. I ask him how long did he wait for his. He told me he called around found one at a dealership that someone back out of. And got it right off the lot. Any one else get lucky like this?
How much did he pay for it?

Found my XLT FX4 Velocity Blue at Salem NH Dealer at MSRP while getting a sticker for my Bronco Sport. Two days later, got a VIN and Build date on my Lariat FX4 Area 51 Lux.

I found mine back in October listed for MSRP on auto trader in transit to the dealer. Was told it was a few weeks out. Exact build I wanted. Drove over the next day to put a deposit on it. Just so happened to be delivered earlier than expected and was there when I got there.

I really am starting to like this color. Planning a wrap with my updated logo to blend velocity blue, carbon gray and orange

Got tired of the B.S. I was getting from the local dealership since reserving one in September 2021. So jumped on the interweb and just happen to come across a Ford dealer 35 miles away getting THREE Mavericks for their inventory. It has a bit more than what we wanted but not the hard tonneau. Called them up right as they opened, made an appointment, drove there, put a refundable deposit on it, and delivery date of 18 Feb 22. No additional markup. From what I understand, all three were spoken for by the days end. People are going crazy over the Maverick. First due to price and second being a mid size pickup.
It’s the best deal out there. Can’t haul a refrigerator with anything else in its price range…not even close. I wouldn’t sell mine for any reason because there’s nothing else that good for the price

So very true. Many post that the Maverick really isn't a truck at all and it can't do the things a "real truck" can. But I say, we need a truck to do the things WE need it for which I read it does and actually more plus just as good. Starting at under 20K it is filling a void left by the rest of the overpriced vehicles people simply can't afford in these times and is easily customizable as shown by those that are changing theirs to fit their needs even better.

I did ford inventory search, called a few dealers, most were committed already but one said he had one that just came in . I drove up and bought it at MSRP.
These are the messages I like. Congrat's

I bought a Maverick yesterday that I found searching the Ford.com inventory about a month ago. It was an ordered vehicle that was declined, and enroute, so I just had to wait for it to arrive. The dealership honored MSRP/X-plan pricing. It's an upgrade from what I ordered [XLT-4k tow-FX4] vs [XL-4k tow]. I'm actually happy I ended up with the XLT, I'm very pleased with the extras and the black rims, which look awesome with the Iconic Silver.

The dealership I originally ordered from would not sign a purchase agreement for MSRP/X-plan with me. I was getting bad vibes off them, and it was making me anxious. They said they'd honor MSRP/X-Plan, but I was very concerned that my order would end up with a markup on it.

My ordered XL-4k tow has a 2/14 build date, but I've told that dealership I don't want it.
They can sell it to someone willing to pay a markup, if they add one. It's not my problem anymore (and I told the sales manager that's why I went looking elsewhere).
Their sales manager gave me some line about how Ford penalizes a dealer (with allocations??) when a customer places an order but doesn't take delivery on a vehicle. No idea if that's true, I'd reached the point I didn't trust them at all. I doubt they'll have trouble selling it, so I don't feel bad in the least. They were being really weird during the whole process.

I can highly recommend North Brothers Ford in Westland MI. Dalton Cejmer was my sales person. Overall a very good experience with them.
What do you mean by MSRP/X-plan? They are two different things.
