Dealer should have given you a vin. Go on Ford order tracker and input vin and order number (when it's working). You will see your status.

Thanks, I asked the dealer if he had a VIN when he called but said he did not yet. Hopefully soon.

I know. I almost bought a different vehicle yesterday. But ideally I wanted a small hybrid truck not an SUV. Figured if I did I'd get scheduled. But I don't really need it until summer. I wish cancelling and moving to another brand actually hurt the dealer and Ford. Would actually help them if I do so. So I continue to battle...

I am at that point too, now seeing so many with no build dates and they ordered months before me is so disheartening. I requested a quote on my second option vehicle....let's see if I will go through with it.

Congrats to all of the long suffering hybrid owners. Looks like that's all that will be built for awhile One question: if the Maverick is so popular, why not build it in more plants than just Hermasillo???

No your priority changes first then much later you get a build date.. My priority has been a 2 since early Dec.

so will my dealer let me know when it changes

Its been 219 days since I ordered my Hybrid. Starting to think they don't like me. Starting to question if they think I am too ugly for them. Maybe one day it will be built (probably not though)

Wish I knew as well. Ford says talk to dealer. Dealer shows it entered with correct info. Some how order was never linked to my account. All info is correct. At least there for sure is an order. I had to get the dealer code and order number in order for ford to give me updates. Typically I check with online chat every week with that info. Takes just a few minutes going through chat.

Also, Ford customer service can't see the priority code. You have to get that from the dealer. Not that it really means anything apparently.
