Since you have a 25MY hybrid - curious if you noted how many actual engine miles were used at the 5K and 10K wheel miles?
5K in 4 months - just wondering if lots of highway miles to obtain that, or actually more non-highway miles to benefit from hybrid?
Their analysis benefits from that info too, and their database for compares.
I'm sure a PHEV Rav4 getting a change at 1 year and 14K, but it only has 200 miles on the engine due to EV range being perfect for daily trips, would be an extreme case of the report looking off if they didn't know that fact.
