So all four have the same slow leak...
As others have suggested, check that the Schrader valves are screwed in properly.
A bit of soapy water on the valve stems might show you something.
Losing about 4 PSI in a week may mean that a soap water bath may be the only way to spot it.

OTOH, do you have a neighbor who is trying to drive you crazy??

The neighbor thing could very well be it! My friend and I messed with a new Sergeant who was boasting about the mileage he was getting from his new 1974 Ford pinto. We got tired of his crap. When he left one day we sneaked out and added a couple gallons to his gas tank.. Did this for a few days. He couldn't BELIEVE his car did so well, getting like 50 mpg! Much more bragging. This went on for about 2 weeks. Then we would sneak out and remove several gallons. Mileage was like 8 MPG! Heh heh heh. He was stupefied and pissed. We all gave him the serious look and suggested he take it to Ford Dealer and let a tech look at it (note: so sorry Darryl). By the time he took it we had quit tinkering with it. However we did super glue everything on his desk down a few months later, phone, pencil, coffee cup, notepad stapler. Man, those were some fun days!

If you remember the TV show "Gomer Pyle USMC", there was an episode where Sargent Carter and Gomer traded cars after Carter complained about poor mpg's.
This inspired the crew to do kinda the same thing as your story.
After the trade, they siphoned gas out of the now Sarge's car and put it into the now Gomer's so Pyle was getting great mileage and Carter got the opposite.
Carter demanded that they traded back and the crew did the same thing again...
I wonder if your story inspired a screen writer to create that TV episode...

My wife had a cousin who worked at same company I did in 70's during the crude & gasoline issues. (Some US produced crude was limited to $3/Barrel with imported selling for $11-$14/barrel. Company pipelined to gulf loaded on barges towed out 12+ miles, sold it, they sold it, then company bought it back and imported it.). Cousins coworkers listed to 6-8 months of justifying purchase of volks bug. Then months of complaints of not getting epa mpg, dealership saying "not broken in yet", they added gas at lunch getting his mpg way way up then cutting off suddenly! Then couple years later he finally added game room and bath onto house. Then his property taxes like quadrupled or quintupled. He went banana's so I had a friend who worked at appraisal district that I checked with. Short version= his folder had been misplaced in drawer or behind file cabinet, not getting reviewed for 19+ years. When appraiser went to add the new addition he recreated or found the folder. I told the cousin his taxes were correct, pay them and celebrate all the lower taxes he had paid over the years.

Did you inspect each tire off the truck yet?? Don't rule out a spilt box of nails on the road. You might have taken one or more in each tire. Stranger things have happened.

A diagonal hardwood floor strip was on highway pretty much middle of lane but tad to the right - had to swerve a little bit to straddle it.

Realized watching car behind me following too close, fail to do the same - and they hit both ends with tires on both sides.
I really didn't have a good sense yet what I actually could straddle - just lucked out.
And it appeared to be laminate so no nails anyway.

But I've seen that person thinking they could straddle something like that, and make all 4 tires hit the edges where the nails were actually at. I was following that time, and enough distance, I hit the middle with 1 set of tires.

It turns out he was very friendly with a young lady that had a very jealous and vindictive ex boyfriend, that poked a pinhole in all four sidewalls. We did not catch it until while checking it yet again, and due to a flurry of business, one of the tires was left laying flat on the rim back with a puddle of soapy water on it very close to the bead. Tiny bubbles, in the whine! He had to replace all 4 tires. His new girl verified through gossip that the ex was bragging about the dirty deed.

Like the pic of your car Maverick! Nice ride! There was this guy once. Ok, me. Had to settle a small score back in high school. Take your valve core removal tool (I carry in all vehicles). Turn valve core 4-5 times, but don't remove it. Make sure to do the same on the spare if you can reach it. Put valve cap back on. Takes a while, but will bleed down. I love it when they get the spare out. Heh heh heh. Yeah, I will have to reckon with the Lord when my day comes. Hope he has a sense of humor!
