2025 Lobo build date in June….
Your build date was June? Strange, that's after the indicated date and should not be included.

Ooops - I lied about my age. Door shows 3/25.

That's simple enough to confirm. Look for the cooling lines just below the upper radiator hose.

If the Lobo uses the 4k towing radiator and fan and the theory that this was a supply issue why aren't all 4k towing equipped 2025s included? Based on it being a 6 month run it seems it was more of a parts queuing issue not lack of the correct parts.
Many people on here are cynical and always blame Ford for doing something on purpose.

Connections for the trans cooler come from the radiator. I would assume the standard radiator would not have trans cooler connections. So, if you have the wrong radiator, how come you have these connections?

So, this is less a "recall" and more of an "oops" correction.
My dealer called it a “customer satisfaction recall”….Thank you sir may I have another!

These CSCs are almost optional. I have one for the Driver's seat belt. But I have 15 years to fix what may or not be a problem. If the Dealer has the parts (seriously doubt it), then get it done. But the Truck won't stop working under "normal" conditions.

I saw this when I was looking on my Ford profile the other day..and wondered why.

How did they even get it that wrong? (install wrong parts)
Supply issue? And they just sent it with the wrong but available parts instead? and didn't say anything, until they had the parts available?

I really don't look forward to having them pull my front end and all related parts off, and reinstall...and hopefully not make it worse...make a mess of something else, damage something along the way..waste my time without a vehicle for however many days/week it takes.
Who compensates me for such a big mess.

Welcome to the Ford Recall machine?? Here we go..

(I miss my FoST.)
If you don't plan to track your Lobo, or push it hard, you could let it ride. I too would be concerned with an incompetent dealer just causing more problems than they solve. At the least, wait a while, until your dealer does a few to learn on. If you have a good dealer with a good service dept. reputation, you're probably fine. But there are some dealers I would absolutely never let them touch my truck.

Back in 2013 I used to drive a Ford Focus ST with the manual transmission! Great car!

Any number of mistakes that probably had multiple chances of being caught.

Supplier slapped wrong labels on outside of pallet boxes, so totally handled wrong.

Fork Lift driver picked up wrong pallets and 2 observers who are supposed to confirm missed the fact? For 6 months.

Paperwork for this new truck that said which items to use was wrong (betting that one), and the person that wrote that paperwork for job security didn't want anyone to check it.
So everyone else in the supply chain was just following directions on this new build.
