Yes. Ford wants to clip the light that tells if the passenger airbag is active. On some it wasn't fastened tight enough. Fords mobile tech team came out and did it at my house today in about a minute.
I wish they'd send some my way too...
Blue streak, interesting name. PSA airlines call name is Blue Streak. I used to work for US Airways. Fun facts... Useless knowledge 😊

I just received a recall notice from Ford about passenger airbag disabled indicator (PADI).
Has anyone received any recalls for their MY25?
Build date was Feb 13, 2025.
I was hoping to avoid recalls all together after waiting for three years of production...
Now you are a true member of the club, consider it a rite of passage!:teehee:

I will not bring mine in for that recall, my airbag light is in place and works fine, do not want some 20 y. o. something new tech or whoever for that matter tearing apart my dash for something not needed and then deal with a worse issue or damage to it put back in place.
Same. This is an extremely minor recall compared to some recently, including the Honda one for the engine failing completely. If it is not broke don't fix it is the approach I am taking with this one.

As mentioned, this recall has been discussed here for a while. I contacted my dealer about it as soon as it was announced. They set me up with their mobile repair folks and a guy came out to my house to do the work - took all of about 5 minutes and mine was the first one he had done. Took longer to do the paperwork than it did to do the fix.

Yes, mine has the same issue and I share your disappointment.

Many many threads on this subject. Ford even had a stop sale order for awhile on Mavericks. The 2025 dash was redesigned. After I saw it in person I went with a 2024 because I guessed there would be issues. Good luck.
Seems Ford let the dealers fix their “stop sale” units before sending letters out to customers.

I think dealers received the “clips” to fix issue in early June? I bought a “stop sale” Lobo that was fixed by dealer last month.

I noticed a slight rattle hum buzz in the dash at certain vibration frequency - not sure if is fix related. But it was nothing that a piece of cardboard jammed in a crevice could not stop. Of course only the finest cardboard would do!

I got the recall, but my 2025 Lariat doesn't have that problem. I'll ask the dealer about it when I go in for regular maintenance.

Lol a zip tie would work to. If of course, you didn't have fine cardboard 😊

I buy zip ties in bulk - they are useful for so many “fixes”. Just finished a seat cover install and used a couple dozen of them - worked better than the included supplies;)

I have no issue with this minor recall on my 2025 if that’s as bad as it gets I’m ecstatic…

My most ec
Only thing for the most part.
My most expensive upgrade (Borla catback) is made in Tennessee. My high priced Rokblok Mudflaps are made in Utah. My Husky hood & window deflectors are USA made too. Air Design, who make Ford OEM products like the relatively inexpensive functional side vents, and very expensive front & rear spoiler are based in California but made in Mexico.

The various doo dads I get from Amazon are inexpensive but well made products. Just fyi:)
