Adding 50 hp requires better brakes yet this kit makes you buy an optional brake package in addition to the 15K + you are already spending. Not a great deal. The Fathom will probably be faster than any 300 hp Maverick and not burn any of our very expensive "dumb-ass gas".

And that does not include the front brakes the Lobo has. I would guess the Lobo kit installed will be $5000-6500.

If there is a midgate, it will be a costly option if they execute as shown. The stated price will probably NOT have these features as standard. There will be a cheap base version and an all wheel drive extended range version that will offer the Frunk and midgate if they exist as options to that...

I always buy any optional cooling when buying a new car(truck). What you get is better and cheaper than trying to add on something later. Plus, it's engineered and warrantied from the factory. In the case of the Maverick you get a larger radiator, higher capacity fan + the trans cooler.

They are still vinyl and degrade over time in the sun. Then you can't remove the adhesive without damaging the paint. This is why you don't see vinyl roofs and fake-wood wagons anymore. If you want stripes, paint them on.
