Not sure that math is right. We don’t really know how many orders were received, estimates vary between 40-60,000 and Ford will end its model year run before opening up the order banks for 2023. If anything like the bronco sport, Ford can crank the output up to like 7-9k per month in Jan-June if they have the materials but folks may keep getting bumped because of material shortages. Ford said those shortages are easing in Q3-Q4 but May return in 2022. Too hard to predict.
I saw 100k reservations and assumed they worked through 10k. But yeah I could be way off

Reservations are not the same as orders. Ford did not release how many reservations actually got converted over to orders.

Conversion from reservation to order is a lot lower, ~ 60% on the Bronco Sport and ~70% on the full sized Bronco. Plus dealers haven’t done Ford any favors because they don’t make much money on the maverick or Bronco sports. This has led some buyers to put off and wait until next year. Full sized Broncos had a lot more interest in the beginning, hence the holdover, when Ford had some initial issues with manufacturing, roofs, etc.

Didn't realize conversion rates were that low from res to orders.

Now you have my hopes up for today, so thanks I guess? lol

I've never received any emails. I may just contact Ford for a status.
Maybe don’t do it on a thursday. The poor call center workers will be inundated with people from this forum today if they don’t receive an email. “Where’s my truck!? You should have all the answers I ask!” It gets old.

I was going to use the chat. I was just going to ask if it's in production and if there is a VIN. If I don't have a VIN, I'll call my dealer. I receive no emails from Ford so I'll see if they can update the system so I can receive emails.

At least wait until others start posting they received their email. No sense in bothering them before that time if you know no one else has gotten one.

My original date was 11/15. Two emails later, 12/6. Hopefully no more emails from Ford delaying it further.
