I think you might be ok based on what they collected. But as Tim says, you have to verify, its your truck and you won't get it if they did it wrong. They should be able to give you a straight yes or no to ROVP approval.

I had to call my dealer a few times before someone knew what ROVP was and verified it was approved.
Well I called Monday, and the guy said he would get back to me after he talks to some "girl" upstairs. Then I called again this morning because - surprise surprise - no one got back to me, and I got a hold of my original salesperson who hadn't been responding to my emails. He said his ordering manager, who I assume is the "girl" upstairs, has been out of the office for the past week.

When I expressed my concerns over the the possibility my order was not entered into the ROVP portal, he assured me that he followed the checklist of items he needed from me to give to the ordering manager to input and that it was approved, however he was not able to get into the system because the only ordering manager has that capability.

I guess I'm okay. He didn't react to ROVP like it was a foreign word or anything.

We could be looking at back to back weeks of great scheduling for the Maverick in December. According to Tim Bartz latest video they are going to resume November allocations on December 2nd. Presumably that will finish November allocations and December 9th we will see the start of December allocations being scheduled. This could be a GREAT December for a LOT of us. I may not be part of the fun but am hopeful. =D
