I agree. Great truck! But there is always a dumb thing like this.
I suppose it depends on your perspective. I've never owned a vehicle with one-touch up on all windows, so I don't really find it "dumb". Cheap maybe, but it's a cheap vehicle. It's a slight inconvenience.

If I was going to complain it would be about something more inconvenient like having to use tools and remove parts to disengage park with the engine off. That is dumb from my perspective.

...........For me my one thing is overall quality of things that matter, like software and some of the mechanical parts.
This!
Especially things that Ford has taken so long to resolve; the battery problems, the CV axles, back up camera and all the other things they did not get consistently right the first time let alone over the course of the first three model years. I sure hope the '25 proves to be top notch.

Honestly for me I think for my XLT it’s the lack of the slow open tailgate.
That's funny. I installed the tailgate assist and here in Colorado in winter it goes down so slow you have to help it along. In summer works great.

I have had my 2024 close to a year now. It is an XLT with luxury and black package. I really like and enjoy the truck. But as with most vehicles there always seems to be one item that bugs the heck out of you.
My one item: I can't believe Ford didn't put power windows with one-touch up. Ughh! Every time I go to a drive-through I curse that I have to hold the button while driving off. My 2013 CRV had one touch up and down. That is my one gripe.

What is your one pet peeve about the truck that you would change if possible? Just mention one please. :)
Here in Colorado a rear window defogger/deicer. Come on Ford it's 50 year old technology.

Still no option for vented seats. It is one of those things you don't know is missing until you experience them.

2025s have upgraded CV axles, 50ah AGM battery and updated software, sync 4 so no back up camera issues.

As another owner with the BAP, you'll understand this one.

Chrome lug nuts!!!

For what we (grossly over) paid for this package, black ones should be included.

My 22 Maverick has this feature...perhaps it is only available with the Lariat trim.
All four windows on my Lariat are one touch, up and down.
Yeah I really love that and think it’s one of the top safety systems.
I bump a button and go back to driving with both hands on the wheel, very Important.

My pet peeve is having to hit the ok button every time I put on seat belts.

More driver peeve however for the life of me, I cannot judge how close I am when pulling into a parking spot. I'm always a few feet away. Had to install a wireless camera..

Living in the great lakes north, the non ability to use a hand crank to open a frozen window is my pet peeve. Driving up to a postal box or any drive thru and not being able to open the window at all is frustrating.

Yeah I'm that old.
