I've had set of these for the past year and recommend them highly- these and a windshield sun reflector keep the internal temperature down on hot or sunny days, in addition they allow some active ventilation while driving without any rear-window-open air shudder. Easy to pop out for a trip...
That torque/amp/% would be great to see a comparison of...
I'll pay more attention to this for a little while to get a better sense of what the EV bar behavior is (that and feel is all I have on the XL to judge in the moment)- although to be clear when I switch to Eco mode with stationary...
If it's special then I have it too on my '24 XL... a definite little extra power available before the ICE kicks in when in eco mode, even after any initial HVB surplus is used. I myself don't notice it as "over the 10% line", more so a little extra torque before hitting the line.
Next time...
I have had one of these caps for about 1.5 years- I find the issue will vary according to the ambient temperature; often there is no visible warping, sometimes there is- it doesn't affect the cap-bedrail seal, only the outside portion of the bedrail.
The warping on mine doesn't happen at the...
I can only speak to my experience ('24 Hybrid and I don't use cruise control)... I prefer ECO for around town and traffic; on highways (55-80mph) I prefer the SLIPPERY mode, as it allows coasting with less resistance from the regenerative system. It will also require you to use a heavier foot on...
You should be able to eliminate part of this process- instead of copying the files to a folder first, open the Music program, open Settings/Files/Import settings, change to "import using MP3 (or AAC) encoder" and "automatic"; then import the CD.
It should import with sensible, sequential...
I'm not using any bars on top of the topper, so no reinforcement needed there- the topper itself is just clamped to the bed rail as usual- the deal handled the install and necessary wiring for the lights in the topper. Or is there something else you meant?

Can't say "best ever" yet, but definitely in the "winning" list:
1982 Honda Civic Wagon
1974 Checker Marathon
1989 Toyota Van
2014 Ford Transit Connect
2024 Ford Maverick Hybrid
If the Transit Connect plug-in hybrid had been offered for sale in the US, I may have gotten one of those instead of...
Rather than going through your Ford dealer, check around for RV or custom shops in your area that sell Leer tops. I was quoted appx $4700-$4800 from the dealer; looked around and got the same Leer-branded top for the Maverick (color-matched as well) for appx $3500 from a specialty dealer. Still...
'24 Hybrid XL since Sept 24- appx 5K miles so far. Very occasional momentary camera freeze but otherwise all great; I love it. Missing the cargo length capability of my Transit Connect but adapting :). Also can't wait for warm weather to return so I can get back to 50+ mpg in-town trips.
Volkswagen GTI is a great manual-transmission option... my ex went through two in about 6 years due to "driving issues" 😑- I loved to drive them, but couldn't have as a daily driver due to my tendency to do questionable things just because the car was able to

2024 Maverick XL Hybrid replaces a 2014 Transit Connect LWB with 100K miles and 10 years of kid-raising and gear-toting... possibly would have gotten another, but Ford pulled from the US market (and added a plug-in hybrid model to the Euro market 😑)
Love the Maverick, adding a cap for more dry...
