Been waiting for the Maverick Hybrid with AWD to replace my 2016 Subaru Forester XT. It has been a good vehicle, but I have found myself wishing I had something with a bed many, many times.

I have a 2025 Maverick Hybrid with AWD on-order now :)

The increased gas mileage will be a nice perk, too (and not needing to run 91-octane premium gasoline).

A 2006 Toyota Highlander hybrid. She's been good but it's got well over 300k on it now, time to retire her.

Didn’t fully replace but is rather complimenting my 2000 F-250. Maverick for daily driving/long trips and light truck needs. Any towing or heavy hauling is left to the F-250…sometimes ya just need a 6 speed 7.3 diesel!

Sold my 2016 Mazda CX5 about a month before I took delivery of the Maverick. Still have the 2004 F350 Lariat (bought new) to pull the fifth wheel camper though.

2012 Audi A4. Timing chain stretch issue and I lost compression and bent valves. This is my first truck and I absolutely love it. It gives me a reason to do more outdoor things that a lowered Audi kept me from doing.

Unfortunately yes it is an interference engine. 100k timing belt change and what ever is recommended. Maintenance is the key to a long engine life.

Roger that. Anyone here run a catch can?? Is it advisable. I have a 25 EB so but im not sure if the change in injection would matter in regards to a catch can

I consolidated two vehicles into one.

My daily driver was a 2017 Fiesta ST, far and away the most fun car I’ve ever owned, was able to regularly squeeze 35 mpg out of it and it was pretty darn quick and fun in the twisty canyon roads and having the six speed was a hoot. Should’ve kept it.

I had a 2014 Fiesta ST as well. I wanted to give it to my daughter (to keep in tin the family) but I didn't have the cash. The ST was such a hoot to drive. (Traded it in on a Focus RS.)

Sweet. The maverick isn't much more than a st with a bed so you'll feel right at home hooning it.

My (on order) XLT is replacing a 2011 Flex EcoBoost Limited. I would have purchased another Flex if Ford was still making them. (I had to take an old full-size mattress to the landfill, and it fit in the back!) I know we'll miss the third row, too. The Flex is a great highway cruiser, and we use it almost exclusively on long trips or hauling stuff. (I have a Focus RS, and my wife has a Mini Cooper S as daily drivers.)

We bike often, and the Class 3 hitch (4K tow) will come in handy for the bike rack. I just hope it's as comfortable as the Flex. I hear it's about as fast but gets better milage.

Ecoboost Flex is going to be a hard one to replace. It's a completely different platform. I had a 2017 SHO. Mav drives totally different. But not in a bad way. Drives like a different vehicle. More trucky less car like. Which I like. You're not going to have the torque of an 3.5 eco but it moves right along. Get a truck cap with the frameless windows and it kinda looks like a small flex.
