Sorry, that really sucks.
I just use the chat at ford customer service. My dealer, not anyone else provides any info, I always have to spend time chatting/calling them....quiet piss off, trying to figure out if Ford can actually do this. At this point, they should be providing a discount on all the wait and their lies!

The 2023 Scheduling next week is supposedly for the 12/5 build week. I'm guessing that means the 2022 production will likely extend through end of November.
Based on what Tim has said, along with others, I would not expect concurrent production of 2022s and 2023s, but who really knows at this point...
Sometimes the customer service reps quote the ETA or delivery date. Did they say your build week was 12/19?

I had build weeks of 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17, and now 10/31. To make matters worse, I ordered exactly one year ago today, 15 October, a hybrid XLT w/lux and CP360. After I got the production email and VIN on 22 August, I contacted my dealer to confirm my order. He said he removed the Lux and CP to get it into production. I was PO’d as he didn’t notify me. I told him I wasn’t taking delivery, as I had picked up an hybrid XL on 27 January that I thought would hold me over, then found a hybrid XLT w lux but no CP on 31 March. I traded in the XL for the XLT, and the trade wiped out the dealer markup for the XLT.
I ordered a hybrid Lariat w/lux, both CP’s, and BAP on 15 Sept, but was told by the salesman I had a 0% chance of having it build with all of the constraints, so I ordered another one from a different dealer, who didn’t foresee any problems.

It’s getting ugly. I’ll delay my disappointment and wait for the Tuesday email. As of yesterday I was still 11/7.

Hybrid lariat lux cp360 HPR moved to week of Nov 21. Yesterday it was Oct 31. 9th or 10th move since the circus began. Order date Oct 21 2021.
