What should tire pressure be on Maverick? Dealership said it doesn't matter if more than sticker says 49?

Sidewall gives you maximum pressure per the tire manufacturer and the door jamb sticker is the pressure that Ford recommends based on the tires installed from factory.

Always the door jamb sticker recommendation. (35psi on all 4). Of course, if you are carrying a heavy load, it can be increased a little, or if you want more traction or get stuck in the mud/sand/etc, you can lower it.

I wonder how PSI is affected if you get aftermarket wheels/tires? Should you still fill to the recommended PSI according to the door jamb sticker?

I think 35 is the correct psi for tires Ford is putting on these trucks.

What ever the side wall of the tire says!
The sidewall says consult the manufacturers literature or door placard.

The number on the side is the safe maximum that the tire is designed to withstand, not the recommended operating pressure.

35psi cold is fords recommended pressure to balance out tire wear, suspension, handling and mpg's personally I tend to run 38psi cold it seems to be the sweet spot. Keep in mind that engineers have to build to the average.

NEVER inflate to the max psi listed on the sidewall. Bad things will happen

So according to my Maverick on ford pass says recommended cold pressure @ 35psi and if tires warm add 2-4psi to that
