The Science :
A nitrogen molecule is slightly larger than an oxygen molecule
While both are small, diatomic molecules,
Nitrogen has a kinetic diameter of approximately 0.364 nanometers (nm), compared to oxygen at 0.346 nm. This makes
O2 more efficient at leaking through materials, such as rubber tires, despite having a slightly higher molecular mass.
So, your tires with nitrogen leak slower and hold a set pressure better after warm up and psi will drop less in cold weather.
Is it worth it, cost wise nope,
Convenience wise, that depends, to some yes.
