It would make a difference as gasoline is more energy dense than ethanol, though the difference won’t be significantly noticeable.
However, a 20 mph tail wind would make the difference that I observed. This was the best mpg I have ever gotten on a decent length drive. I usually get around...
Someone said they were pulled over 20 years ago, and another person said they know a friend that got pulled over 20 years ago. Drive on it, or don't, it's up to you.
Sidewall gives you maximum pressure per the tire manufacturer and the door jamb sticker is the pressure that Ford recommends based on the tires installed from factory.
I have had my Maverick since early October, live in Chicago, and have used remote start all winter every day I drive it. Haven't noticed an idle problem or glowing cats. How are we even seeing the cats glow?
Can someone summarize what the issue is or when it happens?
edit: Never mind. I...
Those popups come from having the Ford Pass activated through the car's radio. I am not sure if there is an update that fixes it, but I disabled Ford Pass and they never popped up again

Live in Chicago, had one of the first ones in early October, didn’t see another one until Jan.
i know they don’t get driven near as much, but there are probably more Ferraris in the US than there are Mavericks at this point.
Hmmm, is the Lariat different than the XLT? The headlight switch is a rotary knob so how is the vehicle changing the headlight setting without moving the knob?
I am wondering if you are seeing the same thing I am, that the Auto High Beam setting is turning ON every time I cycle the ignition...
I definitely interested in getting Sport mode on my FX4. The Normal mode keeps the RPMs at like 1200 during cruising at 15-40 mph and the engine is bogging at that speed. I can't actually believe that this is where the transmission should be at these speeds/load.
I can't imagine what an Eco...
I have the Ford hard roll up version and they are definitely not meant to be waterproof from just looking at them. I was not expecting them to be but expected them to be better than they are.
Below is the part of your comment I was replying to, no mention of competitive unfairness in that comment:
"By the way I’m not saying high destination charge should mean FIFO, I just mean that given the delays and ordering issues we’re not getting value out of it and it’s a money grab (an...
"It even fits the definition of fraud"
Laws aren't written in stone by some higher power; we can question what we think should legally constitute "fraud".
And to that point, I totally agree, why call it a delivery fee and why break it out from the total cost of the vehicle? Since it is just...
Gotcha. I just don't understand why it matters all that much as we have a total we have to pay for a vehicle. Why pay much attention to the broken out delivery fee?
What I am pushing back on here is the idea that we can make a claim that we aren't "getting the value" out of the "high"...
From the link:
"The suit claims General Motors makes a “significant amount of profit” off of the destination charges that it applies to its new vehicles and “deceives customers into paying far more than the actual cost of vehicle delivery.” The plaintiffs also say that a destination charge has...
It doesn't make much sense to look at the destination charge and act as if that is the actual average cost of delivery for the total sum of all Mavericks in a given model year. It makes even less sense to then use that number by itself to argue that Ford should be shipping Mavericks out based...
