sounds like all of you are having an issue with the app itself. the website doesnt tell me anything with my truck, and still shows a tpms sensor fault that i had replaced several weeks ago. looks 100% like a hardware issue for me.
Yes. It’s when I did that that I now get the above screen. Like the truck isn’t transmitting whatever data it needs to to communicate w the app. When I try to connect the truck to the app, in connectivity settings, I get this:
At this point, I think whatever box is responsible to talking to the app is dead. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled several times. I’ve deleted the vehicle from my account and now it won’t reconnect. Looks like a trip to the dealer for this one
Anyone else having issues with the ford pass app? Truck hasn’t updated in the app for 7 days now. I’ve tried restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app, pulling the 15a fuse (#11) under the glove box, and lastly deleting and adding the truck to the app. Now it shows the truck in...
i did something similar for my old bike, only i used the vertical slot just in front of where you mounted your 2x6. saved me from having to bolt the 2x6 down. i also used a strap across the back tire to help stabilize it. worked great!
yea! TOTD is good, but 28 and the skyway are much more fun to me. the new section of the foothills parkway is nice too. and if you are adventurous, head down into georgia and hit some of those roads too!
I had my 80 yo mother with me in the truck. She's never been there so I had to at least TRY and make it interesting. She loved it!
The next day I was back there doing "laps" of the dragon on the R6. haha
cool parts coming out for the mav. platform sharing mostly. any ideas why they don't show up when i search my model and year on the ford website though?
the ecoboost powertrain warranty is only for 60,000 miles. i thought the hybrid already had port injection. with that, i dont recall seeing anyone getting their valves cleaned yet.
59,950 miles. the sensor is not covered under the powertrain warranty as ford calls sensors "electronics". it WAS covered under my extended warranty though, so i only paid my deductible. it took them about 6 hours start to finish for this repair.
I had this replaced yesterday. Only symptom I had was “service engine soon” and “AWD system fault” screens popped up and the little gear light came on. Truck drove fine otherwise. Interestingly, the faults went away a day after they came on with no changes in driveability.
