never tow anything and it seems like this is the easiest way to defeat that silly auto-start-after-stop "feature"--but i can't find a specific way to do it
vague suggestions elsewhere about "unhooking a wire under the dash" or "unplugging a harness to the left of the brake pedal"
anybody ever done this on their maverick? mine's a '24 xlt
funny: had the truck all this time and this morning was the first time it did that auto start stop silliness. only reason i can think of for the suddenness of it after nearly two years of driving is that i've finally started using a battery tender overnight couple of times a week and i'm wondering if all this time my batt has not really been at full charge--which i've read activates the auto start stop
as always i'm grateful for the width on this great list
