Thats interesting, yours was built a day after mine an AL isnt all that far from TX. It seems like the last mile delivery will take the same amount of time as the train to Houston, TX for my truck.

Did you guys get your rail car info from ford marketing? I called and they told me they don't have the tracking info but they did tell me it was in a railyard currently about 20 minutes from my dealer. They told me the date would be 21-28th while ford's original estimate was the 25-31st. My maverick shipped out on the 8th.

I was able to get my railcar # from Ford CHAT. The CS person was very helpful and looked up the number promptly. I'm currently tracking the progress across country using the procedure laid out in the MTC trackers.

I'm hoping. My ETA is the 4th of Feb. so either it'll go really fast or my delivery will be delayed. I'm praying that it'll be the fast option lol

One of the members here posted this info, which is what I've used to track mine. I used the number pad, not voice, except for saying "Done".

Took me forever to figure this out. Maybe it will help others here. Step 3 translated TTGX so you can enter it.
Remember do not stay on to talk with a person. !!!!
1. Call CSX: 1-800-235-2352

2. The first voice prompt: enter 1#.

(for location)

3. Enter Letter code. TTGX becomes

81814192 #

4. Then enter the number part of you rail car ID.

820094#


5. At the next voice prompt enter ## (same as saying "done")

Listen for the location information.

When done, hang up.

It's important not to be transferred to a real person. HANG UP.

Has anybody else been keeping up with tracking their rail cars? Mine (TTGX983662) has been stuck at “Departed ALS Connection, Illinois” for over 24hrs now. According to my window sticker my final ramp is Wayne, Michigan, so it’s making me nervous that there actually is a shipping delay.

Think it likely depends on where you are and a lot of factors. I'm not real confident in the update process, either (although, I didn't track mine via rail). Mine was supposed to arrive on 1/20 and actually arrived on 1/11 to the surprise of both me & the dealer. I'm just outside of Atlanta. Another guy in Atlanta had his arrive 3-4 days early, as well.

Gotcha. Thanks for your reply. When you say it switched railroads, does that mean it switched carriers? I’ve been tracking via CSX so far. Do I maybe need to start tracking via a different carrier?

I contacted both CSX and Northernfolk but both told me that my truck was on rail, but that it's in aguazark undefined? Not sure wtf that means and I speak Spanish but I think what it was trying to say it's in Agua Prieta Sonora

Stay with CSX tracking: it should work all the way. Mine switched to CN in Chicago from I don't know what.

I've been tracking my Bronco Sport order religiously. My scheduled delivery is 2/01-2/07. Once mine crossed the border it sat in Tucson for three days but is now cooking right along. I wouldn't sweat a 24ish hour stop if I were you.

Interesting your truck is going to Nashville and not Birmingham. But I guess for Woody Anderson, it really is six of one and half dozen of the other.
