Check with your dealer and see if you had the same problem as me. The truck that was assigned to transport my Mav broke down. It’s very possible, and if that’s the case, maybe they could get the green light to go pick it up for you if you would be okay with them driving it to the dealership from the rail yard so you can pick it up. That’s what ended up happening for me. My dealership said they had gotten the clearance to do so, and I said go for because I wanted my Maverick!
What railyard is your Mav stuck in? Is it just waiting for a truck to pick it up?

What railyard is your Mav stuck in? Is it just waiting for a truck to pick it up?
It’s not there anymore, but was stuck at the one in Houston due to the transport truck breaking down.

My dealer got the clearance to go get my truck and drive it to the dealership so I could complete the purchase and pick it up last week on the 20th.

One of the members here posted this info, which is what I've used to track mine. I used the number pad, not voice, except for saying "Done".

Took me forever to figure this out. Maybe it will help others here. Step 3 translated TTGX so you can enter it.
Remember do not stay on to talk with a person. !!!!
1. Call CSX: 1-800-235-2352

2. The first voice prompt: enter 1#.

(for location)

3. Enter Letter code. TTGX becomes

81814192 #

4. Then enter the number part of you rail car ID.

820094#


5. At the next voice prompt enter ## (same as saying "done")

Listen for the location information.

When done, hang up.

The information you'll be given by the voice for location may be a little obscure.

It's important not to be transferred to a real person. HANG UP.
Thank you! Just got my info and tried Norfolk and it said it was in Michigan. Tried CSX and didn't enter the letter code correctly.
