SecuriCode Keyless-Entry Keypad is available again for Maverick

The community has spoken and Ford has listened. Keypad is now a Dealer Installed Option, cost is $230 and can be added to the order now.

Is that the same thing though? The $230 may be 12v the wired option that currently is factory only, vs that wireless one that has it's own battery.

Price is interesting unless this is a wired install. Otherwise, I don't see the value proposition of simply upcharging a device that is wireless and uses a sticker at half the price.

What? Keypad back? After I decided not to order a '24 because they took it off? Or was it because they dropped Area 51? Or the rear window?

Anyway I just spent the day going around to dealers and I ordereded a Subaru Baja, a Toyota Stout, a Mitsubishi Triton, Nissan Narvana, Chevy Montana, Ram Rampage, GMC Cyclone and Mazda BT-50. None of them had the keypad either.

Now what should I do? Order a '24 Maverick? All the other ones are $20,000 so much cheaper.

Decisions, decisions, decisions.
