Thatās funny, Iām the exact opposite. Iāve only driven manuals as a daily driver for the past 32 years. When I get in an auto with the shift lever in the console, I have a habit of shifting from reverse to park thinking Iām going into 1st. The dial is so much different, it is easier for me to get use to. I may be one of the few that prefer the dial.I drive a manual transmission Tacoma daily and only drive my wife's Mav on weekends. I struggle with that dial. I think it's because I'm used to the feel of which way a lever should go vs actually looking at it. I have to look at that dial position but I can feel the shifter position in my rig.
