True today, but my experience has been over 10 years ago. They gave sketchy reasons. One was because of our credit and I needed to fix it.(which was in the 800's) They sent me a link to the company they used so I could request a copy. I got 25 pages of gibberish that covered many years. It was...
True, great customer service. However if you have a claim AND you weren't at fault, you will pay more for their insurance at some point. I know, I been with them twice, never again.

For the $10 price I bought one. I can attest that it is not universal. Does not fit a 2014 Jeep Cherokee. I bought a replacement antenna for the Jeep as the original was falling apart. The replacement is shorter than the OEM and the radio reception is degraded.
I had hoped this longer one...
I have once while setting my coffee cup back in the console. I agree it does increase a potential for an accident. IMO, a simple fix would be to have it be able push down flush with the console and then pop back up when pushed down again when needed. It's not mechanical, just an electric...
It appears the service/owners manual has disappeared or I am overlooking it. I may be old and set in my ways....give me the old version back. Much more functional IMHO.
