2012 Chevy Colorado with 132,000 miles. It has been a fantastic truck and I have spent very little on repairs. I am getting nervous about it, though. Have never kept a vehicle this long and with this many miles. Can not wait for my Maverick hybrid to arrive. Spending $400 a month for gas for just commuting is killing me.
132 is great for a truck that old. Most my cars get to 250k. At that age and mileage was not worth it to do any significant repairs.

2019 Hyundai Veloster R-Spec. The only thing I miss is the stick shift. Most of my previous cars have had manual transmissions, but I've learned to accept the fact that manuals are going away forever.

On the plus side is everything else. I like how much easier it is for me to get in and out of the Maverick. The Maverick is the perfect size for me, I sit up high and feel safer around other vehicles, yet I have no trouble with parking spaces. The R-Spec had good performance, but the funny thing is the Maverick 2.0 is even faster in a straight line (although I make sure to go slower when I make turns). I'm not thrilled about the somewhat dim center screen, but that's a minor quibble. I'm still unsure that's not something that will be addressed in a future firmware update.

2016 F150xl sport 4wd, was hard to get up into the box ,the Maverick is a lot lower, easy for an old man to get in.

2008 Toyota Mayrix. Loved that little hatchback. Would have bought another but Toyota stopped making them. Ranger is too big. Maverick looks perfect size wise. Now if only I could get it from the rail yard to the dealership.

The car I drive now, before I get my MY 2024 Maverick next fall (maybe) is a 2014 Ford Fiesta.

I get to drive my wife's 2020 F150 FX4 when she feels generous...

Just curious what some Maverick owners were driving before getting their Maverick and how it stacks up?
My daily driver is a 2012 Ford Escape Hybrid (27.9mpg), will sell when Mav comes. Sold in anticipation of Mav, too soon, was my 99 Ranger XLT, bought new, put on 221000 miles. Wife drives a 2014 Escape.

1996 Buick Roadmaster wagon. LT 1 equipped (aka: Woody). Drove the last 8 years without air. Always working on it to make sure everything was up to snuff. No complaints. Needed something newer and less work. I already work on my 57 Chevy and 80 Firebird.

Yes, I remember now that you are from Brazil….. I have never seen this model before lol.
This kind of small trucks exist in Brazil for a loooong time. Since the 60's, I think. They are just small cars with a bed. I don't know what car you have over there right now to compare to, but you can think of a El Camino with a very boring engine (4 cil, 110hp more or less).

If I ever get a Maverick, I must sadly abandon my 2004 Mazda B2300, which has served me very well since 2006. I use the Mazda daily on my farm, moving hay, feed and tools about. The low bed height of the Maverick makes it the only vehicle currently in production that can perform the same functions.
