That's the estimated distance to 100%

In the US, it just says "Est. Distance: XXXX mi"

Not sure why it says "to empty". Mine doesn't say that.

LOL, once you're out of oil (empty) it's time to change it.

Strange that they use the word "empty"...

Guess that is one way to get you to change the oil. Make you think you will run out if you don't.

I noticed that on mine. Seems Ford is rolling out an update that gives you the number of miles to an oil change. Mine is on track for its second one in May 2025....

I guess when the OLM reaches 0% it's kind of empty.

So that many estimated miles until 0% and empty!

Pretty sure you can change the measurements to display Metric or Imperial - at least for the Instrument Cluster screen. Not sure about the app, because I do not use the buggy app, which seems to cause more angst than it's worth.

First time I'm noticing it and I was on the app quite a bit a few weeks ago checking that very thing on both vehicles as I was planning the CY2025 budget for the family.

I've been using it angst free since I took delivery of my Mav in August.

But mine started at 100% now it’s going backwards. Hence the 80%.

Scratch that, reverse it. It's the estimated distance to 0%.
