October Hybrid Orders United

I was on vacation for the last 10 days and just found out my Hybrid XLT Lux with hard rollup tonneau cover with order confirmed on 10/22/21 got scheduled on 8/25. I'm honestly surprised. I wasn't expecting a 2022 model at this point.

Correct. Until you get that VIN you have nothing assigned to you yet. Good luck!

I would check with the dealer for priority code. If it's not below a 10 why not? I know only Ford changes below 10 but an October order should be seeing something lower by now. Have you called customer service, they can look up with order # and dealer #.

Just got an email from the dealership that my XLT hybrid was scheduled today!!! Build week of 10/10, I have a VIN B,4489 but no window sticker. We shall see, but I was VERY surprised to hear that it has a chance.

If you are scheduled then you should have a VIN. Call the Chat line and ask for it. Then you can start tracking and be obsessed with it like the rest of us. lol

This week I had resigned myself to moving to a MY23. I've been so irritated with the process and the complete lack of information for my order. This is the first vehicle I've ever ordered from a dealership, and I don't think I'll be doing it again. I was also starting to look for a temporary vehicle to use until my order came in.

But no more...

Received notification from the dealership today that I finally have a projected build date.
Ordered and confirmed 10/29/2021
Scheduled build week of 10/24/22
Estimated dealer arrival 11/12/22-11/18/2022

Carbon Metallic XLT LUX with SIBL. Dropped the hard rollup bed cover a while back to help with getting the order moving.

Lets see how many times these dates get pushed back.

I got informed by the dealership that I've been delayed again. 4th time now, new build week 10/6.

I'm an Oct 15 order, XLT, Lux, 360, rear window and have a VIN num (00187). I decided to do a chat since the Ford tracking wasn't giving any good info other than indicating order confirmed. The chat people told me I have a schedule build date of Sept 23. My sales man did tell me to expect to get my Maverick during the week of Oct 17(ish). I'll get it when I get it.....no big deal for me.

One interesting note is, I saw a guy park his Maverick 2 weeks ago and I struck up a conversation saying I like his Maverick and I have one on order and so on and so on. Well, to my surprise he told me he works for Ford and their biggest problem is supply & chip shortage. They can only produce so many vehicles with the parts on hand.

Same here, ready for a 2023 push, but got notified of a build date September 19th. Ordered 10/26. Vin verified. Lariat lux hybrid.

Nothing since from ford. My dealer provides no info. If it was not for this forum I would have missed some important info. Removed the copilot in march and verified with ford. Still a priority 10 where I started. Starting to give up and look for something else.

I received an email from Ford early this morning that my Maverick has shipped and headed to my dealer! ETA is 9/18 to 9/24. That’s the best news I could’ve hoped for!
