I am more than likely cancelling my appointment. I crawled underneath the truck and cleared the AC drain vent out and made an access hole to get to it easier. I have the extended warranty, but don’t want to deal with the dealer shenanigans over this.

Here is my floor board on the drivers side, passenger side is wet as well. Im wondering if the AC drain has been updated or changed out… assuming it’s the AC drain.

Mine is going in Monday for this issue…. Does anyone know if the newer trucks have this issue? 😭 mine is a 23’ . Has a good amount of standing water in each floor board.

It doesn’t mention the ABS module on the ticket, but does mention the ACCM being updated, despite the battery repair being denied. The new SSM was released the day before I picked it up, so unless they had it in the system before that time, I am not sure if that’s what I have.

That’s where I’m at… I have the premium care warranty as well. I said I don’t give a shit about the battery, correct the issue with the truck and I will buy my own battery. Update: service tech said he installed the latest update into the truck that was available since he was already hooked up...

Yea, I have been in a loaner 2026 while my 2023 is in the shop, it’s been a pain in the ass to adjust temp, and navigate through the radio situation lol.

These aren’t recalls, from my understanding they will only recall issues if it’s a safety concern.
