i hope you are rightI could see the "real" story being Ford is trying to get all the June/July/August hybrid orders finished by encouraging people to switch engines. That way they can clear out the oldest backlog. So....not that they are out of hybrid engines, but that they are simply trying to reduce the number of "super old" hybrid orders.
Maybe he placed his order in all CAPS so sales person just ignored his order.WHY ARE YOU TYPING IN ALL CAPS? Also, just another reason Im glad I just paid the stupid ADM to get my Hybrid off the lot in December versus this nonsense.
i did not know i hade cap lock on thanksSERIOUSLY turn off the caps lock.

i have spoken to ford mark-dept several times in the past 3-mo's and they have ver,me through my e-mail and add: and name and phone# and told me that i was still in processing and could be any time now for productionA confirmation email from Ford does not necessarily mean your order was correctly verified by the dealer. Its a system called ROVP (retail order verification program (I think)). The dealer could have submitted your order, but if it wasn't entered into ROVP, Ford will not build your vehicle.
Yeah... I read (or tried to read) the first few lines then gave up. Too hard on the old eyes to sort out the CAPS and the punctuation. For a minute I thought I had been left $4.7 Billion by a deceased Nigerian prince
Holy shit my sidesFor a minute I thought I had been left $4.7 Billion by a deceased Nigerian prince
If that is the case then it sounds like your dealership is trying to convince you to take an ecoboost Maverick so they can sell your hybrid for a substantial premium.i have spoken to ford mark-dept several times in the past 3-mo's and they have ver,me through my e-mail and add: and name and phone# and told me that i was still in processing and could be any time now for production
I mean, or its true? It is awful odd that orders placed all the way back in JULY or 2021 still havent been built yet. There is definitely something going on IMO.One of two options.
Your dealer did not enter your order properly so it was never processed by Ford.
or
Your dealer got caught submitting fake customer orders trying to sell extra Mavericks. Ford found out and took away the dealer's allocation of vehicles.
Your dealer will not admit to either of these.

Doubt that's true. If it were, they'd be scheduling those is somewhat order based on oldest orders, but they are still just bypassing specific dealers in favor of others.
