Doesn't matter when you ordered. Heck, someone who ordered a hybrid on the cut off deadline could get scheduled before those of us who ordered June/July. Ford only cares about PR and marketing the hybrid as the next best thing-not taking care of customers.
Seems Ford has a change in attitude. I finally got through to them on the phone. They confirmed my August order, and were very open that emails from Ford to buyers are disappearing. They don’t know why. In any event they said I should hear in a couple of weeks about the production of my hybrid. They gave me a direct number to call if I do not hear. There is hope.

Seems Ford has a change in attitude. I finally got through to them on the phone. They confirmed my August order, and were very open that emails from Ford to buyers are disappearing. They don’t know why. In any event they said I should hear in a couple of weeks about the production of my hybrid. They gave me a direct number to call if I do not hear. There is hope.
I honestly think that's their job, the Maverick marketing team, to apologize for the delays but they don't have any real information other than confirming our order. I've called a few times and each times was told I'll be scheduled the next week and not to worry. They don't hvae any clue.

I’m betting the number they gave you is 800-334-4375… which is the Ford Marketing Number…

Ordered 5 weeks ago, and silence from Ford. Dealer has no idea when or if it will be made. Now says they may not be able to get engines for the hybrid. Pretty dumb to announce a truck, get all the hoopla started and THEN find out that the engines may not. be available. Santa Cruz may be an option if this keeps up.
5 weeks?!?! Listen my friend, you'd better hunker down and dig in for the long haul. Get your news from Tim the Ford guy. Check out Mavs from yours and other dealers and look at posts here. I know some local guys that have Mavericks they happened to find. Good luck and keep in touch

Of all the forums I've been on, this one sure seems to have the highest number of "new to the internet" people.
I think people like to browse via the 'Similar threads' box at the bottom which serves up months old threads.
