It comes with the message "Not a proper VIN/ order #". I've tried numerous ways.
Yeah, I've heard that before with the VIN. But, they are cutting it close. I'm going to get one of the last Mavericks built if things go perfectly. No delays, no glitches, no setbacks. So. All of a sudden Ford has their shit together?

No, Ford definitely has messed this up. But they've issued VINs for what they know they can build.

Why would that be unfortunate? Halloween in Mexico is really a kids thing. Dia de los Muertos is usually November 1-2.. that's the real celebration. It's a beautiful thing. It will have no effect on your truck.

Then it would be bad to have a mav built on 11-1 thru 11-3... All the line workers will be hung over. They used to say that about cars built on a Friday.

You will get a 22 once you are given a vin number. As far as the tracker goes, it won't work until you are given a build date, not a build week. Once you have a build date, you should be able to access the window sticker as well. Thats what I was told a couple weeks back from Ford marketing. BTW, just check in with customer service starting maybe around the 10th of October and they can tell you if your build week has been pushed back.

I've had a build 'day' for the past two weeks, still no window sticker. I got my VIN June 30th, with a build date week of 8/22, then 8/29, then 9/5, then 9/19. I then got a build 'day' of Friday, Sept. 23, which has now been bumped back to Saturday, Sept. 24. Some other threads stated window sticker 'usually' doesn't appear till a week before build day.

Superstitions are crazy. What about Friday 13th. Would you feel unfortunate if it was built on that day? It's just a day. Don't fret about it. Remember your getting your Maverick. Rejoice!

Well, I was expecting that my Cactus Gray Lariat Lux FX4 with CP360 that I ordered on January 20th would roll over to a 2023 model year, but my dealer called me today to tell me I have a VIN and it will be built October 31st to be delivered December 2nd. I still have not got the email from Ford, though. Also, the order tracker says “status temporarily unavailable”. Let’s hope it really isn’t built on Halloween. That would be unfortunate. Of course I expect the date to be extended at least a couple of times. It would be nice though if my wife could have her Maverick for a Christmas present.
