Its something I am actively working on. The core issue for me though is that I havent had this problem in any other car ive owned. (and ive owned over 20 at this point) Something in the seat geometry or design is just not good for my back. I am sure the additional back exercise and core strengthening WILL help (and I am doing it), but it probably wont fix the core issue.I’m not trying to sound like an ass but have you considered another approach?
This worked for me, I was a tractor trailer driver. I logged 2.0 million miles.
I was having problems like your describing.
I lost 42 pounds and got my abs in shape.
I strengthened my abs, obliques and quads and got into a regular routine of stretching.
After a month I was comfortable sitting my whole day in the saddle.
My Maverick lariat seats are very comfortable to me.
I was 202 pounds now 160. I’m good
