Blue forge has a ford tech connection at phil long they will hook you up if anythings goes wrong, im bringing mine to phil long for shift issues and they are driving it to blueforge for spacers and tires after they are done lol.
So I have been diving into this and it looks like the Lobo Spring has a rate of 380 while the regular XL/XLT is only 338 (4k tow and fx4 may have a 25lb higher rate, may also be an inch longer at least on tow). Going to a smaller spring by an inch with a higher rate should not affect payload too...
I actually never confirmed the leak, I had the fluid changed as it was clunking when coming to a stop. Thats just my suspicion cause the dealer I purchased from claimed a leaking rear CV but all other shops disagreed.
Yeah I have been driving in sport alot, its not perfect tbh but helps a bit, ive done all the fluids on this car and it seems like everything is in good shape so must be normal.
Yeah I originally thought I had a leak there aswell but wasnt sure. I ended up having my diff replaced So that problem is hopefully solved, I check my cvs frequently and no leaks so far.
Yeah I have now had all the fluids on the car replaced basically and its still not shifting great, its a bit better but I am also considering trading, I unfortunately just love this little truck and want to make it work so I will keep everyone updated if anything works.
