Mine is going in next week for the same issue. Changed trans, ptu and rdu fluids 1k ago. I currently have 25k miles on it. 7 year 100k powertrain warranty. 24, eco, awd, 4k.

Had my trans, ptu and rdu done and it's still bad. When I leave work at night, it really bucks and surges until I get up to speed and warmed up. Starting to think I should just trade it it but need to schedule a service visit still.

My 24 is also doing this when it's cold. 24k miles but I'm going to change out the trans, ptu and rdu fluids. I only drive 6 miles to work so I took the mpg into consideration. I purchased them through discount tire and I believe they have a return window and I would definitely just get a new set in the oem size with them again.
