@fordvideoguy I have an XL Hybrid order which I'm considering adding constraints like bed pad, splash guards, etc. to push my order to '23. But with this new '22 price increase will my private offer only be between this new '22 higher price and the '23 price and not use the original '22 price?

Price increase really wasn't so bad for me especially with the Carvana offer I have.

MSRP was $24,620 for my MY22 Maverick XLT Hybrid w/CP360, 400W Inverter, Sliding Rear Window
MSRP will be $25,755 for MY23 Maverick XLT Hybrid w/CP360, 400W Inverter, Hitch

Base XLT Hybrid price increased $1,080
CP360 increased by $110
Removing the Manual Read Sliding Window saves $155 but the Hitch adds $100

Total out-the-door cost for my MY22 Maverick purchased last December was $26,068
Estimated out-the-door cost for my MY23 Maverick will be $27,803

Total price includes sales tax, $150 Doc Fee, CV Lot Fee, Fuel Charge and all other state fees

So an increase for me of $1,735

Last year we saved $446 off MSRP because wife worked at Automation. For MY23 it will be MSRP

Carvana's current offer of $34,294 for my current Maverick means that I can pay for my new Maverick in Full and get an additional $6,491 in cash

Anyone notice that on the current Ford build site, if you add the ecoboost, it's a $435 upgrade from Hybrid.. When I ordered in November, it was $1,085?

Your private offer will be based on your 22 order, not sure if that is your original order or current order. I would assume what the order looks like after they are done with 22MY scheduling (close out). Since the price increase items include XLT base, Lariat base, XLT Luxury Package, Lariat Luxury Package, Co-Pilot 360 Package, and Moonroof, adding those probably won't affect your private offer amount unless you removed these items.

When I ordered my truck last September the total quoted price was $30,865. My window sticker now is $31,755. What should I expect to pay? Do dealerships honor the quoted price when I placed my order?

Maybe @fordvideoguy can share a breakdown of the increases?
Your such a fanboy of Tim Bartz it's making me uncomfortable. Anyone who did a cursory internet search can see what the prices increased to on July 1st.

I noticed that when I made the change of heart from a XLT Hybrid FWD to a XLT EB AWD. I was very pleasantly surprised. Do not be surprised to see it the other way around for MY23 with Ford appearing to want to dampen hybrid sales a bit. We'll know for sure next week.

I was at my Ford dealer and asked when 2023 Mavericks could be ordered. he said sometime in August but checked for sure and said it was changed to September. Anyone got the straight on this?
