During the order modification of one of my 2022 orders, my dealer realized that Ford has increased prices on the Maverick as of today. A base Lariat Hybrid MSRP went up $1,000 from $25,860 to $26,860.

Other models? any idea? XLT hybrid?During the order modification of one of my 2022 orders, my dealer realized that Ford has increased prices on the Maverick as of today. A base Lariat Hybrid MSRP went up $1,000 from $25,860 to $26,860.
If true, that’s still a steal.During the order modification of one of my 2022 orders, my dealer realized that Ford has increased prices on the Maverick as of today. A base Lariat Hybrid MSRP went up $1,000 from $25,860 to $26,860.
Mine is a Lariat, so that's the only one I could tell for sure. The dealer at first didn't even notice it. I removed the moonroof for $995 this morning and the MSRP went up by $5 and we both were scratching our heads.Other models? any idea? XLT hybrid?
Kind of shocking. Ford can’t say “under 20k” anymore. Even though I’ve seen 0 advertisements I guess.20995 for an XL.
Just got a screenshot of my modified xl order.

It seemed to happen in the middle of the day. I asked this morning to remove all options from this Lariat build, and they sent a new DORA but had left the moonroof on it. I asked them to correct it and several hours later I got the new DORA without the moonroof but the price had gone up $5 instead of down $995. So I asked and they said it seemed Ford had raised prices as of today.Hmmmm they haven't announced that to dealers yet. Usually there are announcements that go out before price levels increase, and the last on we received was for June 1st.
I tired to check myself...but I can't even enter a dummy stock order for a hybrid. Hybrid is completely blocked out.
Maybe the announcement is late?
I ASSUME this 1k will be factored in to the private offer we will get when we get rolled. Not visible yet on the ford.com "Build Your Maverick" page.
It's a pretty dirty move to tell everyone to remove constraints, and then hit them $1k price increase for changing the order.
If it becomes true, I have to say bye-bye to Ford.If true, that’s still a steal.
Some people were wildly speculating XL being $5k more. Hahahahahaha
This is what you'll see if you edit an order as of now!I have not seen a new price list on the Maverick. The current price list is dated April 1st, 2022 and the XL is $19,995 before D&D and Lariat is $25,860 before D&D. And I don't see a memo from Ford on a price increase.
But I would rather see a price increase towards the end of the 2022 production so your private offer will be more than at the beginning of 2023.
