Well, I put in an order for another Maverick this morning. I haven't heard back yet from Granger that my order will be excepted but I'm sure they are pretty busy. My wife decided she likes my mav enough to get one for herself. Hopefully I will hear something soon and make a return trip to Iowa.

? I'm out of state and received $1K under MSRP. The process was super smooth and so far great to work with. Responded to all my emails\questions within 24 hours.

No they're not on special orders. They might mark up their retail/abandoned inventory but they honor their price for special orders.

Ordered my 2nd Maverick from Granger this morning and already received a Ford email confirming my order. My last Maverick was bought a year ago and was very happy with their service. I don't think I spent more tha 30 minutes at the dealer before I was driving it home to SC.

I'd say call the dealership and talk with them about 24 Mav orders. They aren't marking up if you order, lots of orders on here from this dealer. Texting stuff like that I'm not surprised you got no response.

I used the link in Granger’s 1st post about the $ 1000 off MSRP offer. chip responded by email and listed what was needed to get a quote. I sent him what he requested.

They require you to build your design on the Maverick design software on Fords website to get a quote. If you want to place the order there are a few documents you will have to sign electronically and a non refundable $ 100.00 deposit paid by credit card.

After this was done on December 7th this month I received Fords Confirmation email a few minutes later.
This morning Ford sent me the estimated production date of February 12 th 2024.

I am happy with Granger, my XL EB is scheduled to be build this week. When I placed the order last year, I figured I would be lucky to see it this summer.
I will be planning to trip to Granger soon.

We do try to "discourage" out of state buyers on in-stock maverick purchases that aren't special orders. Because the majority of our orders are filled with out of state special orders, we sacrifice our market share on in-state customers. So rather than say No completely to out of state buyers we've marked up $5000 over MSRP to discourage purchasing.

We absolutely offer a great deal on ordering, but the in-stock we try to keep within the state. Maybe that is the wrong way to go about it, we're not perfect, but its the decision we came too.
