Just got a call on one at Fox Ford in cadillac, mi. If interested call for NIck in ford sales. It is an xlt hybrid in white with the lux package at around $28k and they charge MSRP only. He will know for sure if available on Monday but is looking for a buyer today as it appears the current buyer is backing out.
Also, another one being built in late March that will be available at the same dealer. Cactus grey xl ecoboost at around 25k.

I'm in Central Texas and its horrible here. Even reputable dealers are selling Mavs and most used cars at 5k or more over MSRP.

Now, if you want a new Mazda CX 5 you can get one all day long at cost.

Interesting comparison. We’re looking to replace 9y.o. Forrester, that was clearly a great value at the time, wth CX-5 or Maverick. Our Mav is supposed to be assembled late March or early April, about 15 months after ordering. There’s a terrible shortage of CX-5 and other Mazdas here. We drove a first gen CX-5 before buying the Subaru, but Neither of us could get even a little comfortable in that. Seems to have been designed for short people in all seats. Haven’t seen Any CX-50 around here.
