I would load it up (pay the neighbor kids to scoop it for you) and id drop it right back off in the parking lot. I hate Lowes like i hate pineapple on pizza, savory AND sweet, its not nice to meet ya.... BARS!I found pieces of glass bottles, half of a golf ball, pieces of 2 x 4, rocks, and half a brick in the Lowe's mulch. I bought the black and the first rain it was all gray or natural color. I attempted to get them to honor the 12 month color guarantee. They said I would have to "prove" that was from the bags I bought.

What kind of tranny issue's are you having ?
How many miles are on it and have you ever had it serviced ?
If the tranny was serviced, did you have a flush or a drain & fill ?
Good luck with the Ridgeline but there's no guarantee it will be any better than Your Maverick!! All brands have problems whether You want to believe it or not!!FWIW IIRC there's a guy on Here that tows a bunch and has about 80,000 miles on His Maverick with the 2.0 EB and hasn't had any problems!!I had exactly 51320K on her. 2024 Lariat FX4 4K tow. Slipping between 1st and 3rd gears really BAD. After having a PTU, Both Front half shafts and a FULL Rear Drive Shaft replaced; and now the tranny.
I have NEVER towed anything although its a 4K tow truck. I ordered it this way for the extra tranny cooling and Larger radiator and fans.
Its my daily driver.
I even had the tranny flushed at 40K due to the Tech saying the fluid looked like $H!T. There was over 400.00 wasted. I now have been without my truck for 4 weeks. Driving a nutless 1.5L Bronco Sport. Dealer said BIG FORD has shipped a replacement tranny. They are also replacing the 400W 120V inverter; Thats on my extended warranty.
This has been the worst FORD I HAVE VER OWNED. If you see my signature bloc; thats All I have owned.
Its about to change. Gonna get a Ridgeline now. F*ck this $H!T.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND a maverick 2.0L to anyone. Guy at work is having issues as well with vibrations and tranny slip at 43K. NEVER EVER AGAIN!
Apparently the Ridgeline has had their share of problems that's why they stopped production for a few years. It's hard to figure out the Maverick. Some people cruise along without and problems and others just curse them. I have only 31K on my 2023 so I am bracing myself for problems down the road. Problems I hope will never materialize.Good luck with the Ridgeline but there's no guarantee it will be any better than Your Maverick!! When I bought my 2024 I got the bumper to bumper warranty. I had slight second thoughts, but the piece of mind was well worth it, even if I never have to use it.Extended warranty,
This is the way.
I have it....... 10/100K. Just BS that I have had to have so much work done on a vehicle with 53K on it. Again, Ordered 4K tow (Always ordered TOW package on any truck from FORD) But to have PTU, Front CV axels, Rear Drive shaft, and NOW; tranny. WTF? (OH, and also the Passenger Motor Mount leaking from seals (Topside) I always do 5K oil changes, did the PTU, RDU at 30K, Tranny flushed at 40K.Shrek,
Extended warranty,
This is the way.
You're right to be mad. I would be too. I assume it's replaced under warranty which is great for you. I would just point out that the hybrid has much less power train issues than the ecoboost.I have it....... 10/100K. Just BS that I have had to have so much work done on a vehicle with 53K on it. This thing is a POS. AGAIN, I have only owned FORDS. Not gonna do it anymore.
Hybrid might have less power train issues but more battery issues than the EB!!You're right to be mad. I would be too. I assume it's replaced under warranty which is great for you. I would just point out that the hybrid has much less power train issues than the ecoboost.
So it's not all of Ford, they just choose to mate the 8F35 to a motor that produces right about its max input torque limit. Terrible decision on Ford's side.
