Spend the money you save on a Pulsetech PowerPulse Battery Maintenance System at Amazon for $40. My 2 batteries in my 2015 Transit are original, 11 years old, and still testing perfect.

Honestly, that Walmart AGM isn’t a bad move. These new trucks drain batteries fast, and a 3-year pro-rate for $190 is hard to beat. Interstate dropping to a 2-year warranty kinda says it all.

Most of the batteries come from the same place anyway, so might as well go with the one that’s easy to replace and doesn’t break the bank. Sounds like solid country-boy logic to me.
