There aren't any ODB2 apps for iOS that have a Carplay component unfortunately. Unless I'm mistaken. So you can have the iPhone showing the app, but you can't display it on the infotainment screen.I figured out how to cast it from my phone to the screen. So, I plug the adapter into the obd2 spot( drivers side under dash). The adapter connects via Bluetooth to my phone. I plug my phone into the radio via USB.
I don't have any idea how or if it's possible to do that from iphone.
