I wanted one for the regular battery to detect when its not charging. Would be nice to have bothHas anyone considered installing a voltage meter for the big battery?
I don't know much either. But...I don’t claim to know much about electric but could you do it thru the ignition circuit so it would be OFF completely?
In general, a voltage meter doesn't tell you the charge of lithium batteries. The voltage stays constant up until about discharge. In other applications I have seem meters that measure the charge going in and the charge going out. I have only seen this used on much smaller (safer) batteries.Really just the overall level of charge in the battery . It would also guide one as to how quickly a full charged is reached . I do notice the blue rectangle getting shorter as the availability of the Motor is restricted and eventually not available at all.
I think this is what I want, where is this display mounted?I use an obd2 adapter with torque pro to get this info. The Android adapter was $12 and the app was $5
I hope this helps.

I figured out how to cast it from my phone to the screen. So, I plug the adapter into the obd2 spot( drivers side under dash). The adapter connects via Bluetooth to my phone. I plug my phone into the radio via USB.I think this is what I want, where is this display mounted?
