On my 7-month 6k mile Hybrid I noticed a low voltage issue 2 weeks ago. Notifications pushed to my Ford app, and the interior lights failed to come on when door was opened. I checked the +12 VDC voltage at the pins under the hood and it read +11.8 VDC. I charged the battery over night and all was well. I've driven the truck every day since then including a 2 hour drive 2 days ago. Tonight I went to get something out of the truck in my garage and noticed the interior lights failed to come on again as did the exterior light flash when the door was opened. Voltage at the pins was again +11.8, however this time I also checked the voltage at the battery and saw 12.0 VDC. The .2 volts isn't a big difference however I suspect it's indicative of a high resistance at the (failing) battery cable lug..... I had planned on just buying a new replacement battery myself just to know I took that out of the failure equation, but now re-thinking it...
