Ford hires summer interns that have not completed a 4year degree. It's an opportunity to vet possible full time hires when they graduate. Some of the assignments are busy work. Although they get paid very well. Qualify for overtime, test trips just like some full time employees. Some of the temps shine some don't.Isn't that what the Director of Marketing, VP Dealer Relations and VP of North America Sales do with their staff? Because if they're delegating this to interns, it could explain a lot about all of these delays!
Depending on their initiative, translates into more responsibility or not.
