2022 Maverick hybrid XLT VIN was confirmed last month.
Build date mid-October 2022 was pushed out to early December 2022.
I'm honestly not certain how the 2023 production windows have started, but I'm just posting this here for folks who have pre-ordered to level set expectations.
Ordered...
I guess I appreciate Ford remembering that I exist.
But I totally screamed out loud in joy when I saw the subject and opened this note (generic email blast out to folks in their customer database), and I slouched back down and returned to my expectation for 2023 delivery of a 2023 model.

Something just irks me the wrong way when it needs to be pointed out that those who ordered in June/July 2021 will be prioritized before those who would order in August 2022 (assuming all parts and materials are available). I sure hope my October 2021 order would be in front of those 2022 orders...

If Honda or any other competitor comes out with a similar truck/hybrid/35 - 40 mpg/similar towing/$25k - 32k, I'll order right away and keep whichever arrives first! I'm not believing my 2022 XLT order placed in October 2021 will be built this year.... and I'm frankly completely frustrated with...
