Did anyone else get this? I have a 2022 XLT-EB that I ordered in January--I have no VIN and not production date as of a week ago, and I let the opportunity to order a 2023 come and go. Frankly, I had no expectation it would ever go into production after everything I read on this site (and was told as much by Ford customer service), but now I get this.

While we understand how frustrated you may be (we are too), rest assured, our team is working diligently and aggressively to get you behind the wheel.

Did you reorder?
And if so, do you have a "private offer"?
I reordered but as of yet, my dealer (and Ford's customer service) cannot locate a private offer

I just got that email too. Originally 11/2021, reordered it on 9/18/22 XLT for 2023.

My dealer says they are having trouble re. the "private offer" with Ford, because my dealer did not do the "COPV" on the 2022 model. They were told by Ford they did not have to do COPVs for Mavericks, but now Ford is telling them that the "private offer" list was based upon having a COPV in the system for the 2022.

Is it Ford's database people, I wonder, who cannot deal with their software? Something is sure whacky besides the supply chain.

Got my email at 4:51pm today. Original MY22 10/26/21 order (unscheduled), re-ordered a MY23 on 9/16/22. Bizarre.

Got that email today. Ordered 10/23/21 originally and placed a MY23 order when the banks were open. I have my private offer code from the Ford support line.

I need Ford to go back to ignoring me until I actually get scheduled... Ever since I placed my 23 order I allowed myself to have hope again, so when I saw an email with a "update on my Ford order" I had a small moment of excitement.. Then read the email... Please no Ford, just let me know when I am scheduled.. 😂
