You would think that there would be a pop-up on dash = "your modem has no signal - try again later".I've had my 2025 for less than a week and have been having this issue as well. I managed to get it re-connected once (which lasted less than 24 hours), which involved trying a variety of things, but none of them worked, so I think the issue is intermittent and likely on their end. It seems to be that the modem's connection drops out - it doesn't seem to be on the app / phone side at all. A quick test if you have Alexa is to just see if the wake word works. If it doesn't, your truck's modem is offline.
Fordpass support did advise me NOT to remove and re-add the truck to the app (a suggestion I've seen on a few posts), since can mess with connected services settings.
I'm taking it in tomorrow for them to take a look, which I imagine will involve a modem reset. Will follow up. Interested to hear others' experience.
I don't think it's a battery issue. When it happens to my truck it usually does it while I'm at work. I did notice it happened on Friday both times. Not sure if that means anything but definitely weird. After over a week of it working, this morning... no connection. Dealer can't see it until the 17th of next month if I want a loaner (and they want to keep it for 2-3 days to examine it.
Question: Last weekend, it did not get driven on Sunday and barely on Saturday. Could this be the '25's version of the battery problem? I've seen it suggested, but felt the evidence (nothing else is having an issue) was against it, especially with the '25 hybrids having an ADM battery (and this issue not being limited to the hybrids).
I don't have any issues with mine but would suspect available bandwidth OR signal strength. If your truck is parked inside garage that could restrict signal strength. I don't know if the truck would use your wifi signal if it was better than the AT&T but would expect it to.After over a week of it working, this morning... no connection.
