I'm having the same issue - I can lock/unlock/alarm - but start does not work. Battery level is fine.

Just thinking out loud: wonder if it has to do with version of Information unit software. I was having some odd things like this and others going on until I updated the software. My truck was built in April ā€˜22 and the software said it was last updated July, 2021. I found a WI-FI site that let me hookup securely and it now says it was last updated Dec ā€˜22. Seems to be working much smoother now.

Just saying it might help.

I had that issue too. I did a 'force stop' of the app and waited a few seconds, then restarted the app and everything worked.

I’m having the same issue, and have taken all the steps mentioned above to no avail. Ford had my vehicle last week and did all their system updates as well. Now that it’s cold I’m definitely wishing my remote start would work.

Reset your Battery Monitoring System and try again tomorrow after a day's normal driving. You should be getting deep sleep notifications (remote features disabled) if the modem is going offline due to battery voltage, but this is so easy you should try it anyway.

Resetting the Battery Sensor

When you install a new battery, reset the battery sensor by doing the following:
  1. Switch the ignition on, and leave the engine off.
Note: Complete Steps 2 and 3 within 10 seconds.
  1. Flash the high beam headlamps five times, ending with the high beams off.
  1. Press and release the brake pedal three times.
The battery warning lamp flashes three times to confirm that the reset is successful.
