Ya - that really is unlikely having anything to do with it.Just tried that and no luck.
The app merely talks to Ford's servers - if you are reaching any info there - account info, service items, fact you have a Ford, ect - the app is working.
It's the truck communicating to the network that is the issue as the posts have indicated.
And they gave a routine to do.
