Thanks Fil. How did you power the amp? Also, can a sub be added later? Not too likely I would but nice to have that option.

I was thinking the other day and has anyone used Nutserts to secure the mount board for the Kicker to the back wall of the Maverick? I was thinking instead of using JB Weld and Elevator Bolts to the back wall of the Maverick why not just use Nutserts to secure the board to the back wall of the Maverick.

It worked perfectly for my non B&O hybrid. No remote turn on. But you wont need it with that amp as it senses from the speaker inputs.
Personally I'd rather run a remote wire. The infotainment periodically activates enough even when the vehicle has been shut down to wake up the amplifier.

For people having issues with tapping the remote turn on I would suggest to use a relay instead. This way you will avoid any potential issues with the system firing off random pulses.

I’m looking at the pac loc pro t-harness also and it specifically says on the description it has a remote turn on…
Are there issues using this off the harness?
I have a kicker amp and it has signal sense but idk how accurate that is

I used the LPHFD31 for my system. Its documentation specifically lists a red wire for accessory switched power (remote turn on) on its (F) pigtail.

In the photo, you can see the red wire on the pigtail, but the connector it plugs into on the main part of the harness does not have the red wire. So there is no switched power available from this harness. I ran a tap off of fuse 6 under the glove box and it worked great - it turns off when the driver's door is opened after the vehicle turned off. Amplifier signal sense didn't work well for me. Connecting to fuse 6 did take a funky fuse tap to fit in that location, you can see the details in my build thread in my signature. Skip to page 4 in that thread for the start of the audio construction.
